General Description
Pneumatic/Hydraulic Riveter Gun - 3/32", 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 7/32", 1/4" (2.4 mm, 3.2 mm, 4 mm, 4.8 mm, 5.6 mm, 6.4 mm)
The pneumatic nut riveter gun has rivet capacity settings of 3/32”, 1/8”, 5/32”, 3/16”, 7/32”, ¼” and the air consumption is 99 L/min. The tool has a traction power of 3110 lbs and a total length of 250 mm.
Function
The pneumatic nut riveter gun uses a hydraulic system and is powered via air pressure fed into the bottom of the tool. A rivet is inserted into the head of the riveter, and the tool is then aimed at a predrilled hole. Once the head is aligned with the hole, the riveter is triggered and immediately locks the mandrel to the body, cuts the mandrel, and deploys the rivet, creating a secure bond.
Applications
The pneumatic nut riveter guns are ideal power hand tools for any context in which rivets are needed, such as construction, metal fabrication, the automotive and aeronautics industries, and woodworking. The pneumatic function makes the tool especially useful for cases where installing many rivets is required. Nut inserts not included.

How do you fill the pneumatic rivet gun with oil?
The dedicated hydraulic oil is fully filled when the gun leaves the factory, and it won't reduce with normal use. Therefore, there is no need to fill the gun, and it does not have a function for you to do so.
