Strapping Machine – Automatic


The strapping machine is automatic with a tension of 40- 600 N and a speed of 2.18 sec/wrap. The power consumption is .5 KVA.

Function
The fully automatic strapping machine feeds strapping through a reel and out onto the surface of the unit, where a package sits. The machine then feeds the strapping over the package, then tightens the strapping according to the size of the package, using a heat blade to form a seamless bond.

Applications
The strapping machine is ideal for industrial and commercial settings for production lines to add an extra layer of protection to the packaging.
