General Description
Stadium Light - 1000/1200W - Beam Angle 60°, 90°, 120°, 140x100°
These arena lights are 1000/1200 watts and provide up to 180,000 Lumens of brightness. The size of the unit is 78 x 71 x 17.5 cm and it has an IP65 waterproof rating. The light has a color temperature ranging from 4000 to 6000 Kelvin. The lifespan of the lamp is 50,000 hours. The light provides a 60°, 90°, 120° or 140x100° angle of illumination depending on the lens that is placed over the LEDs.
Function
Stadium flood lights are powered electrically by LED bulbs. The lamp's materials are both flame retardant and provide excellent heat dissipation, thus preventing the unit from causing explosions in hazardous environments. The light, which is mounted using a bracket, can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally. The LEDs in the light will come to full illumination when turned on without the warm-up delay found in fluorescent bulbs. With its IP65 waterproof rating, the light can be placed outdoors in rainy conditions without risking damage to the unit.
Applications
Arena lights are lighting fixtures suited for outdoor hazardous environments where explosions may occur. The lights are typically used in tunnels, sports arenas, and other high bay applications. LED lamps can be used to replace explosion proof fluorescent lights because the LEDs have a longer lifespan and are more energy efficient.
