General Description
Explosion Proof LED Indoor Light - 130/150W - Isolated Power
The canopy light is 130/150 watts, provides up to 24,000 Lumens of brightness, and contains 320 separate LEDs. The size of the unit is 28.9 x 28.9 x 18.5 cm and it has an IP65 waterproof rating. The light has a color temperature ranging from 2800 to 6000 Kelvin. The lifespan of the lamp is 50,000 hours. The unit has an isolated power driver.
Function
The explosion proof LED indoor light is powered electrically. The lamp's materials are both flame retardant and provide excellent heat dissipation, thus preventing the unit from causing explosions in hazardous environments. Specifically, the unit's three-dimensional heat sink has convection holes that are parallel to the cooling fins, which forms a convection air duct to maximize heat dissipation. The light, which is mounted on the ceiling using a bracket or eyehook, provides either a 60 or 90 degree angle of illumination. The LEDs in the light will come to full illumination when turned on without the warm-up delay found in fluorescent bulbs. With its IP65 waterproof rating, the explosion proof LED lighting can be placed outdoors in rainy conditions without risking damage to the unit.
Applications
The canopy light is suited for indoor hazardous locations where explosions may occur. Deelat's various types of lighting are typically used in industrial environments, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and workshops. LED lamps can be used to replace explosion proof fluorescent lights because the LEDs have a longer lifespan and are more energy efficient for hazardous areas.
