General Description
Explosion Proof LED Factory Light - 150W - 21750 Lumens
The round LED light is 150 watts, provides 21,750 Lumens of brightness and contains 231 separate LEDs. The size of the unit is 35 x 35 x 41.4 cm and it has an IP65 waterproof rating. The light has a color temperature ranging from 2800 to 6500 Kelvin. The lamp, which has a black housing, has optional lampshades that change the angle of illumination from 25 to 120 degrees.
Function
The explosion proof LED factory light is powered electrically. The lamp's materials are both flame retardant and provide excellent heat dissipation, thus preventing the unit from causing explosions in hazardous environments. Specifically, the unit's three-dimensional heat sink has convection holes that are parallel to the cooling fins, which forms a convection air duct to maximize heat dissipation. The light is mounted on a ceiling via a bracket or a hook to maximize light efficiency. The LEDs in the light will come to full illumination when turned on without the warm-up delay found in fluorescent bulbs. With its IP65 waterproof rating, the light can be placed outdoors in rainy conditions without risking damage to the unit.
Applications
Deelat's explosion proof LED lighting is suited for high bay applications in indoor or outdoor hazardous locations where explosions may occur, including workshops, food processing plants, industrial facilities, chemical plants, gas stations and warehouses. Our various types of lighting can be used to replace explosion proof fluorescent lights in electrical equipment and lighting fixtures in hazardous areas because the LEDs have a longer lifespan and are more energy efficient.
