This hold-open door closer has dimensions of 205x45mm. It is suitable for use with doors weighing anywhere between 60 and 80 kg with a idth of between 930 and 1100mm. It features a polished silver finish, and passes the national fire resistance standards.
Function
The hold-open door closer is installed onto the door frame, according to its manual. It holds the door at a 90-degree position, and then provides safe and controlled closure of the door. The door closer can be adjusted to one of two closing speeds.
Applications
The hold-open door closer is ideal for offices, schools and public buildings where doors are expected to remain closed when not in use, for privacy or climate control purposes. It is suitable for any medium-sized door.
